By accessing or using DataFoundry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free trials.
DataFoundry is a SaaS platform for AI annotation operations management. It provides project tracking, vendor management, quality management tools, and compliance documentation features for AI companies.
We offer a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial period, access to the platform is suspended. Your data is preserved for a minimum of 12 months. To continue access, you must enter into a paid subscription agreement with us.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You retain ownership of all data you input into DataFoundry. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You may export your data at any time using the built-in CSV export features.
You may not use the Service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, transmit harmful content, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access to the platform without written permission.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataFoundry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
DataFoundry provides tools to help document and track compliance activities. We do not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of our platform satisfies your regulatory obligations.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify existing customers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
